"I ordered 2 handles for my 404 LTD and they finally arrived after 3 weeks and 2 emails to check on the status. The website clearly states the hardware is included with the handles. No hardware came in the box, I have sent numerous emails and left multiple messages and no one has returned my calls or emails. Now I have $70 worth of handles that I cannot install on my board because the included hardware was not shipped and no one will respond to me. Extremely poor customer service, very disappointed. Update: on 6/17 I did receive the hardware and some nice 404 SWAG as well as an apology for the delay. Glad to finally have everything I need to put my new handle on my 404 LTD!"
