"The Fifth Ward is a great place to live, and is run beautifully by property manager Danny Langehr, who has been a huge help to me since choosing where to live and moving in. The facilities are very nice — basically new, with well designed living spaces, great community places, and an excellent location in North La Crosse. Danny, was a tremendous help to me in choosing the right unit, facilitating my move-in, and has been very responsive anytime I’ve had any issues or questions. I’d highly recommend The Fifth Ward to anyone looking for a nice place to live in La Crosse."

"We loved living here. My husband and I only lived here for 6 months due to having to move for work, but the units were very nice and well maintained. All of the neighbors in the building seemed quiet and friendly. The property manager, Lloyd was also great to work with. He worked with us when we had to end our lease and was helpful. I will say the only issue we had was the parking situation, since we had to park in the dirt lot across the street the whole time we lived there, due to construction, and the situation wasn’t well-explained until we moved in. It was pretty inconvenient, but not the property managers fault. Overall, we enjoyed our short time here"
