Reviews of Qual-Ed Nursing Academy, LLC
"Although I had a nice skills evaluator, they are nitty gritty on their skills test they will nit pick steps that aren’t even crucial to the skill and fail you. I would make this place a last resort to test at, it’s super crowded and not big enough to test everyone scheduled at 9. They send half of the people who show up on time ready to test, to come back at a later time."
"Chanel was really nice and sweet! Leslie the Nurse evaluator was also kind. I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone made me feel comfortable. It was a great experience! I took my written exam first and waited another week to take my skills exam. Other employees were welcoming and kind. Thank you Qual-Ed!"
"Writing for my wife: The African or black evaluator made me fail the skills and she told me I did very good! She put unsatisfactory for calibration and final weight result and I did both and I wrote the weight in the paper and she said I was very good then she just made me fail the test because she did that on purpose. Don’t go with this lady and choose the Filipino evaluators they are honest and nice. I am filing a complaint with the CDPH she is a cheater and you can see reviews to learn about this awful place. My skills exam at 09:00 am and they admitted me at 2:30 pm you think this is fair!!?"
"I highly suggest taking your CNA exams anywhere but here, especially the skills exam. Do not worry about being first in line at the door, they randomize the order in which you will take the test. Unfortunately for myself, I had to wait around 5 hours until my name was called. I was starved and dehydrated. Chanel’s attitude did not help the situation at all. I do not understand how someone can wake up and act the way she does. The evaluators were okay."
"The proctor Chanel was very rude. Be prepared to wait 5 hours to take your test. While waiting you can’t talk, can’t use your phones(if your phone rings they threaten to reschedule you), can’t turn your head to the left because the blinds don’t fit the window properly, no eating for 5 hrs, you can’t use their bathroom you have to go to a liquor store nearby. They tell you to arrive early but then call people in random order, even someone who came late got to take the test first. The whole time waiting we just had to sit and couldn’t go over our notes(even though we were waiting 5 hours doing nothing). People’s rides came in wondering what was taking so long. Already having to take a state exam makes people nervous but the attitude of Chanel made the experience even worse. There was a lot of threaten of cheating/rescheduling for the slightest things like getting up to ask to use the bathroom or to drink water. Atmosphere is negative. I passed my test but this was a horrible experience. My other classmates went to a different testing facility and had a smooth experience. Don’t go here and listen to the other negative reviews. This place is worse than the DMV"
