They are impossible to get ahold of they never answer there messages i regret signing a year lease with these people there quick to take your money but when it comes to fixing something in your apartment you will have to wait months!!!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Definition of scam renters. If you are a college student looking for a cheap place to live, just don’t do it. They took most of our security deposit without any good reasoning for it. Claiming things that were a lie or already broken. I don’t leave reviews on things but I feel this is the only thing I can do in this situation. If you end up renting here because you don’t have many options then take many pictures, make a checklist of discrepancy’s, and make sure you make them remove any left over items on the property. If you don’t, you will lose your money."

"This is the definition of scam renters. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! They will keep your security deposit with false claims of cleaning fees and broken items. They also have poorly run properties the place I rented was not up to code and I had to buy my own smoke detector. There was no running water for 3 days and when it did come on it was black. They do not communicate with the tenets at all. You would be better off renting from criminals in a third world country. The fact that the state even allows them to rent out places is a crime."
