"If I could rate it a 0 I would. In the 707 building the claimed to accept dogs. THEY DO NOT. The buildings look nice but were built very cheap. You can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartment whether they are playing videos, talking, doing laundry, or your dog playing with her toys. After a month of living in the 707 building we came to a “mutual” agreement to be out in 14 days because my dogs paws were too loud for the neighbors downstairs. The same neighbor who yelled at his video game all day and blasted music as early as 7am. We were told at the end of the month we had 14 days but June 1st was right around the corner and if we stayed we’d have to pay an additional 1350 so we moved out and cleaned the entire apartment within 7 days. The list of things we had to clean was ridiculous. When we moved in there were holes in the wall and paint spots missing but we were charged for that. Our security deposit was 1650 and we still had to pay an additional 350. If you would like to see a video I took the day we moved out feel free to email me and I’ll show you we left it in mint condition. They say rent is 1300 a month because of it being on the water. The water is the marsh. You do not have access to this water, you cannot put a boat in it, you cannot go kayaking, or swimming in it."
