"So far so good. Lol Lil confusion with the payment process at first but it was sorted out. No biggy. My 5 year old has dreaded the day for the first class. We arrived, and she was starting crying. They offered her an otter pop and she calmed down . End of the class she was upset, because she won't have another class until the end of the week lol she loved it"

"Please if you have young children (1-5 in my case) DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE for summer for year around nothing they are RUDE and they have no compassion for the parents who are in the pool with their children! I wasted my money and didn’t even get to attend our last class because they made me and even my baby feel so uncomfortable smh! I even called and spoke to whatever is considered their manager and she was just as rude and didn’t even care about the wrong her staff had done! Honest review parent’s please look somewhere else!!!"

"We took our 2 year old here with her friends for swim classes. We had done the Albany program and this one was far and beyond much better. The instructors were helpful, their assistants made sure the kids were having fun with toys and bubbles. We played games and my 2 yr old actually swam a little on her own, learned to blow bubble and to go under water! Cant recommend this place more. The changing rooms were basic and not a luxury spa but clean and available. My only issue is they ran out of toilet paper once but come on we are all human."

"Dirty and smelly changing room, plus insufficient parking. Worst yet, of the 30 minute lesson, kids spend 20min just sitting in the water and waiting for their turn. Should have just paid bit more for one of the nicer swim schools in the area. Tried to cancel kids second set of lessons, but no refund unless you contact them a week in advance. On a less significant note, there is minimal cell reception in area with Verizon. Have to agree with the other reviews: definitely best to go somewhere else."
