Fitness 19

"Gym equipment is fine, pretty busy in the afternoons but can usually find what I need. Low rating is due to cleanliness of the men's locker room. All grimy, floor looks like it's never deep cleaned. Toilets and sinks clogged for multiple days, soap dispensers empty has been the case a few times and I've only been going here a month."

I signed up with trainer Shane. Shane is wonderful. He is patient with me and does not push me harder than I can take on. I told him what my goals are, and he set up a plan. My short time that I have been coming everyone is friendly and welcoming.. I am not looking for a tiny body, My goals are balance and strength. Shane has a plan and is ready for me, and he explains diet, balance and strength. I have gone to few other gyms and it has been horrible. They have a nice selection of free weights, premium machines, and a big open area to do all your stretches/warm-ups/etc. Overall, im happy to be here at fitness 19 american canyon."
