"Tim and his hot tub movers were great!!! I am especially grateful because I actually came from out of town to get this specific tub off of FB Marketplace so I was very dependent on him to be on time AND ensure my tub made it 350 miles home safely. And it did! The people that unloaded on this end (AG Spas who’ve been in business 35+ years!) complemented how well his team wrapped it and how they used the ratchet straps exactly they way they reccomended. Note- Tim was not a fan of me hauling it the way I did, but he ensured I did it safely. You rock Tim and team!! Thanks to you I have an awesome “new to me jacuzzi” for a fraction of what we would have paid new."

"We used him for a jaccuzzi transport about 5 months ago. He did an amazing job. No damage and placed it exactly where we wanted. Then we were having some problems with our used jacuzzi and called him to help solve the problem. He was quick to respond, did a complete thorough assessment and was able to have the spa up and running super fast. He knows his stuff and I will be using him for all my jaccuzzi needs! "Tim the owner was polite on time and professional. He was eager to do a good job and exceed expectations. This is not a complete service! The homeowner needs to inspect the hot tub for damage prior to moving the tub. I was not made aware of this responsibility thinking it was included with unpacking. Tim made it clear to me that this was my sole responsibility. I paid full price to move a spa I had to decline due to damage. When using this company insist on a clear preferably written explanation of services to avoid unnecessary expenses. Aside from the miscommunication and extra moving costs due to my failure to inspect the tub great service."

"I bought a hot tub off of a family friend and needed it moved from La Mesa to Chula Vista. I called the SD Jacuzzi Repair and Transport. Tim, the owner, was professional, friendly, and punctual. Loading and transportation was a breeze. Once we got the hot tub to the house it turned out that it was too big to fit through my gate. Tim and his assistant trouble shot the situation and ending up removing a part of my fence and going through the neighbor's yard, worked like a charm. Everything was was put back together like it never happened. Thanks to Tim's expertise I didnt have to rent a crane to lift the hot tub over my house. Highly recommend."
