"My experience with Lacoste Manager Rebecca McLoney was deeply disappointing, as her rude and condescending behavior tarnished an otherwise reputable brand. It is crucial for a store manager to set the right tone and maintain high standards of customer service. Unfortunately, McLoney failed to meet these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of Lacoste as a whole. I sincerely hope that Lacoste takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Rude and unprofessional behavior should never be tolerated, especially from a store manager who represents the brand. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it is essential for Lacoste to ensure that their employees reflect these values."
"I got a T-shirt from Lacoste and its color disapeared in the first wash, when I took it to the store the black woman behind the desk said it's not on our end since you washed it, and did not accept the return. I had several other clothes washed with this lacost one, using the same washing liquid, none of them had their color gone. Their product sucks and their cashier sucks more. They just repeated it's bleach, it's bleach. No, it was not bleach. You and your product sucks Lacost."
"Horrible Customer Service. Mathew, the general manager was pathetic and rude. Didn’t want to understand a simple return. Leaving the merchandise in front me and telling me rudely to leave the store without any guidance. As a manager they should at least put someone willing to help and not stand there like a statue by stating please leave the store without any help"
"drove for 40 miles back and forth to see the store closed at 5:50pm on Tuesday 01/18/22. Checked online, website, google, everywhere before hitting the road, it says closing at 7pm. things happen, yes, and everyone can understand, but there were no sign on the door either. Note to store manager, please stick to your words and provide right customer service, as reputation matters."
"I'd like to express some feedback to this store. The store manager today, I didn't feel like his interaction with me was genuine. It felt very fake. After I tried on an item, he swiftly informed me that he would fold it up and stuck his hand out to grab it from me. That part bothered me. It would have been nice if he asked. I felt like it was a way to ensure the item wouldn't get stolen and if you've had this experience at your store, I'm sorry to hear that, however, you can't assume that's everyones intention. I personally like to hold onto my item as I'm mentally still deciding if I want to purchase it. The item I purchased wasn't even folded up when I was ready to check out, which confirmed my suspicion. Please be more genuine with your customers. Be real. Don't be fake."
