"I would recommend living at grasslands to anyone. It has such great amenities for everyone and the staff are very responsive to any of your needs or questions. The views are beautiful and it’s so fun to spend the evening grilling and by the fire. It feels so safe with the secure entry and you can’t beat the underground parking in the winter. The movie theater and common rooms are great for holidays and having guests over. I only moved out because I bought a house but if I ever go back to apartment living it will be at grasslands."

"I love living here and was surprised at how quiet it is. The apartments are large with high ceilings making it feel roomy and bright. Mine has a view of trees and the grasslands and its fun seeing the birds flying around. The two professionals who work here, Beth and Roxanne, are so helpful and patient with questions. And my grandkids rate the place as legendary and want to visit often. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I love living here! there are a few fantastic common areas to entertain and we are allowed to have pets. Most pet owners are considerate to all. it's a secure building and we have a temperature controlled garage underneath."
