"The service at this bank is great. The app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. For starters you have to input your phone number and receive a text for confirmation every single time you log in. The website never works. Always errors with everything. A frustrating experience all around. I sign in to pay a bill but get errors. Now I have to add it to my calendar to remind me in the morning and pray that the website works. This is not 21st century banking. I've dealt with this for months and unfortunately it's time to move on."
