"Every time I come to this branch as PoA for my mom they either give me wrong information or mess up something on her account which causes huge ramifications. Once you work with one individual you can't seem to get hold of them again for an appointment so need to start all over again. Stay away."

"I would avoid this branch. I went in yesterday to get help regarding a credit card application (which was also a very frustrating process alone as they could not verify my identity over the phone and they advised me to go to a branch to verify my identity). They told me it would be a 30-40 minute wait. After over 30 minutes of sitting, it was my turn to be seen. However, two people just came in regarding a lost debit card and they were helped right away and my turn was skipped. I explained my frustration to one of the employees and he was able to help me and provided good service; however, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place, especially since I went during my lunch break and was late to go back to work due to the long wait. Overall I’ve had better experiences with Chase and First Republic, both with banking and credit card applications (much smoother service). After this experience, I won’t be using BoA again."

"If you can help it stay away. Lines for tellers are ridiculously long. Merchant line is never open. You would think they know and understand their traffic flows. End and middle of the month they should make sure to have Merchant line open."

"I came to the bank today just to make a simple withdrawal and one of the tellers named (arsene) was not able to help me. I didn't have a card because I've been waiting a few weeks for replacement one in the mail. I gave him all of my information social number ,date of birth and presented my ID but he was rude and said that my information was incorrect. I then asked for a manager and I was immediately helped and the situation was cleared but his customer service skills are severely lacking and I found his tone and mood very disrespectful.
