When they had informed me that NHI takes VA students, I couldn’t believe it was true. "NHI was like no other school I've experienced. In 2010, I was working as a grocer, I knew I didn't want to do that for the rest of my life, and the only thing I really enjoyed about my job was helping customers. My younger sister and father were both attending different NHI campuses (San Francisco and Emeryville), and were sharing with me about how much they were enjoying the program. After researching several massage schools in California, Colorado, and Virginia, I decided that National Holistic Institute would be a good fit for me, too. I fell in love with the classes, and the work, and enjoyed my time as a student so much that, after several years working in the profession, I came back to teach.
