"I called First Stop Mortgage just to inquire about possibly having a hard money loan as an option in the event something falls through with my current lender on an investment property I am purchasing. Although I explained to him I did not think there would be any problems closing with my current lender, he took the time to prepare the process in the event of any unforseeable circumstances. I then asked him if he could help me with purchasing an insurance policy since I was having a hard time finding a company that was issuing a policy (many companies are exiting the market in CA), Even though there wasn't anything for him to gain financially, he went out of his way to have an insurance agent contact me and was able to get a policy immediately. He even followed up to make sure everything was resolved and if there was anything else he could help me with. It is so refreshing to see a person who is willing to sincerely help without thinking about their own benefit first. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I will using them for all of my real estate deals in the future!"
