"DO NOT get funding from this business. 1. Outrageous fees and you lose lost of your money to Bay View. 2. In 2019, I wanted leave Bay View Funding. Glen Shu, President and Seth Herman got my deal canceled with Reviere Funding. Reviere's sales manager told me Bay View Glen contacted their president to get my new deal killed. 3. Bay View in 2021 continued to roll over my contract for 12 months even though I told them I wanted to leave. 4. After 18 years with Bay View they charged me an early termination and their minimum earning penalty/fees of $68,000. Over the time period I was with them, they earned over $1 million dollars on my company but still charged an early termination penalty. 5. They were very uncooperative with my new bank that agreed to fund me. They prolonged issuing buyout documents and refused funding on accounts I had for years. 6. During the pandemic, Bay View kept my company money that they were supposed to return to us. They said we were not meeting their minimum monthly earnings on our company. So, they kept our refund money. The country was shut down and no one was working. all of my reserve money. 7. Terrible customer service. Jena Robinson is rude and told me our company clients were not ours but they were Bay View's clients. The last month with them, Jena withheld some fund. I think she was trying to put my company out of business. I got a home equity loan to fund our payroll until the deal was completed with my new bank. 8. Three months after we left, Bay View was holding $21,000 that our clients paid but they did not notify us they had. I sent them proof but it another 2 weeks to get the money. They paid us no interest fees. 9. Six months after we left Bay View, we found out they had $37,000 of our company money. Again, we offered proof and took another 2 weeks to get the money. 10. Now, twelve months after we left Bay View, they are holding $17,000 of our company funds. We have proof and will now have to fight them to get our money. Bay View Funding is a corrupt and unethical company. They charge us high fees but do not pay interest when they held our company money. I asked them for a final audit 6 months ago on their unapplied cash. They know they have our money. They never conducted the audit. These people are mean, disrespectful, condescending and deceitful. You work with them and they will make it almost impossible to leave them."
