"Amazing professional and quick service. I called up the back to reactivate an Indian Dormant account and Open a subsequent account, Vaijayanti emailed us exactly which docs are needed. Next week we went back to the bank with the docs and Vaijayanti immediately helped fill out the forms and she created service request. Vaijayanti was amazing and everything with a smile and answered few other questions we Vaijayanti also followed up to expedite my request WOW, and it was reactivated and new account is opened. "Opened 3-in-1 account at this branch. It was working fine for couple months and started having multiple issues. Account’s getting inactive, putting accounts on hold etc. When reached out to the branch in person and trying online customer service, the only option provided to close the account is to visit the branch in person in India since these Sunnyvale folks doesn’t have license to close the account. Heading to India next week just to close the loop and get my funds back. Don’t fall into 3-in-1 account trap here. Save yourself some time and mental peace!!"

"Amazing professional and quick service. Went to the bank Friday afternoon to reactivate an Indian Dormant account. Kartik took 2 mins to advise exactly which docs are needed. Went back to the bank 30 mins later with the docs and Vijanti immediately helped fill out the forms. Vijanti was amazing and everything with a smile. Vijanti said (on a Friday afternoon) they will immediately process and send all docs to India and account would be reactivated by Monday. WOW, and it was reactivated on Monday.
