"Had been with this agent since 2019. When I contact the agent for questions, even a simple information, I never got the right answer. I did not receive the mileage report, my rate went up more than 200 dollars a year, just because he believed I drive 10k mileage yearly. That's what he believed. I requested to send me the report as I never got one since the pandemic happen. Orlando said I will get it in 6 months. Why not now? I retired and I am a 70 years old senior, I asked Orlando if Farmers has senior discount. He coldly answered NO, no senior discount. I switched to a different agent, they fixed my rate and confirmed Farmers offer 15% senior discount. I am been with Farmer for 25 years. I got no help or accurate information since my case transferred to Orlando because previous agents retired. Do your research to get a good agent. That's very important a good agent save you hundreds a year. Go with someone serious in the business. If you're not happy switch to different agent by requesting the company mainline to refer you. You don't have to stick with one person when you feel not being treated right. Becareful with the fake kindness. Do your research before chosing an agent."
