"Unified Auto Trans caused damage to my vehicle. They transported it from Oklahoma to California. These deep scratches were not on my car when it was picked up. They can't just be "buffed" out because of how deep they are. The driver did not note it on the bill if lading when he inspected it on pick up. They claim because there was light snow on my car the driver couldn't do a full inspection. Where these deep scratches are, there was no snow. I was also told it would stay on the same truck from pick up to delivery and that was a lie. My car arrived on a different trailer attached to a Dodge Pick Up truck. The tires were covered in mud, so it's obvious it sat in a storage yard for several days before they actually delivered it. Looks like I'll have to take legal action to get my vehicle repaired that Unified Auto Trans damaged. Don't use Unified Auto Trans to transport your car!!"
