"Very bad customer service, I called 5 times for a quote and they always told me that they would contact me, I have come to believe that because I spoke to them in Spanish, I was not to their liking or eligible to request a service from them... They only told them I would recommend a little seriousness and if they are not willing to provide a service, let us know and do not treat us that way, I understand that they are free to choose who to have as a client, but a little respect costs them nothing, It's definitely disappointing how our own people behave..."
