Compared to an apartment complex in the downtown area of Rochester, I got nearly double the space for almost half the price. It includes an underground parking spot which most Rochester apartments don't. Its just a quick 15 min ride from Mayo Clinic/downtown. You will not be disappointed in your move to Kodiak."
