Tom, Marciel, and the folks there bend over backwards to support my family’s insurance needs and all the myriad questions that come up over time (adjusting coverage, responding to inquiries, quick turnarounds with documentation and the like). "I've been a customer of Muchado's agency since the 1980's, and they were OK. (3 stars), Now for the past year and a half, I've had nothing but problems with this agency. What's gone wrong? First, I try & insure a Vespa. They couldn't locate the correct model. They ask me to bring it in, and I do. While I'm there they can't get off their fat arsses, to go outside and look at it. What's the point of bringing it to their office in the first place? The entire policy acquisition could have and should have been done over the phone in 10 minutes, max. We are now months into the acquisition process. Then a phone call minutes before being rushed off to surgery, they've cancelled my Vespa policy for nonpayment! What! They have my debit card information. My other two policies are in good standing and getting paid for automatically. Why not this? And on and on the incompetency piles up. Today I had a phone date scheduled by State Farm, No call. So I write this review instead, all the while looking for a new insurance company."
