"This company is just a rip off to their cliental. Charging over twice the amount of a monthly payment at the policy renewal. Seems that they are now charging a fee for renewing your policy with Allstate. After numerous calls for clairfication they finally said that it is an Advanced Payment but still they are not giving a grace payment during the duration of the policy time. They will just be collecting extra payments each time your policy is renewed. I can't speak for others but for me it puts me in a financial strain in trying to cover the rest of my bills for that period of time. Allstate is only looking to money at the expense of policy holders. I am not in Good Hands with Allstate, their slogan is just a bold face lie."
