"Can't speak to others' experiences, but my girlfriend and I rented from Holstein for close to six months. I was hesitant at first due to some of these other reviews. Glad I ignored them.The apartment was fine, the price was fair, we were college students. This company is great for pets. Their fee is much smaller than others I've come across and there is no (illegal) non-refundable pet deposit you might see from other rental places in Eau Claire. Unfortunately we had to move out in January of 2020 through no fault of our own or the fault of the company and we broke lease. The company was understanding, professional and helpful to us, we found another tenant and received our full security deposit back, since we took care of the place and took photos. Great experience and would rent from them again."

"I've rented on and off for four or five years. Haven't had any real issues. They helped me get into a bigger place when my daughter was born and got my place rerented when I bought a house. They mostly just leave you be except a yearly smoke detector inspection and for maintenance. One of the only places I could have my dog."
