"They are irresponsable. Don't even try. I arrange transportation 15 days before the appointment day, and they say we will call you 2 days before to confirm. I call 7 day before tha appointment day so I can get a confirmation and they said we don’t have the appointment time I fax all information , I thought that was ok today is 3 day before my appointment and day said they don't have transportation available for that day .. como on you staff are irresponsible, donot trust in this company."

"Matthew Sprawls hates being told how to fix his company when he’s called out he immediately tries to subtly invite you to the office to fight or in his own words “come handle this” I repeatedly told him I don’t want to handle anything I want it fixed. I told him how he could email the dispatchers and all his office people to fix his company because that’s where the real issue is he didn’t like that and invited me down to the office multiple times to “handle this” then proceeds to tell my mother on a separate phone call telling her I threatened to fight him and he feared for his drivers and was too threatened and unsafe he couldn’t have her account anymore smh the issue really is his office and Geovanni specifically. I’ll be waiting for a written emailed and verbal formal apology."

"This company has a highly impressive HALL OF FAME gurney transportation team. They are all absolute ANGELS to my paralyzed father who is fighting brain cancer. I wish to God that our actual cold doctors, had even just a fraction, of the amazing bedside manner that these gentlemen exhibit. 5/5 always. "This was the best service I've had in many years! Ernie was early, which I consider on time. He was friendly, compassionate and helpful. He ended up being my return ride also and even offered to leave the wheelchair knowing I would need it again in a month. I would definitely recommend this company for any medical transport needs you might have!"

"The owner of this company, Matthew Sprowls, is incompetent of holding the position as CEO. He is extremely rude with a nasty attitude. I called to request four specific drivers, Yobani, James, Gustavo and Justin, for my pick up and drop off and Matthew became very unprofessional. He went as far as sarcastically offering to send me flowers and chocolates and then put his wife who was also laughing along with him on the phone. I am posting this in hopes that Matthew changes his character towards his clients so nobody else has to feel belittled. If not, find another transport company."
