"If there negative star i would give them negative. When you call they put you on hold for over 15 mins, if you are still there didn't hang up they will pick up the phone and set it aside. You can clearly hear they are typing. Very impolite and refuse to help you for your issue. if you have any import container, you better find other people to help you"

No distribution of information about the arrival/clearing dates, changing and adding charges, forgetting to supply the warehouse release information will result in increased shipping costs to the company/individual using their services. Refusal to provide phone access to an agent that could look into a specific shipment situation leaves the customer with accumulated costs at the end and a delay of multiple weeks in receiving the shipment. As there seems to be no one actively managing the process and the only contact given hardly speaks English, it is guaranteed that your shipping experience will be plagued by problems and added costs."
