Carlye Varlack rejected to talk about Court Psychologist Ashley Cohen Report on Feb 7, 2020. On Feb 7, 2020 I told him he can not give to Court Phycologist Robert Perez. But According to Robert Perez Report that Carly Varlack gave to Robert Perez 150 page document about Charlene Lee or Charlene Leelu case. This married couple used session 8 fund to live at single mom house and to keep suing Asia Landlord. I was in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China in the summer of 2012. Now US government let married couple to live in Session 8 house. We do need to recall Governor Newson first. At this criminal case, Two Court Pyscologists Terrance Riley and John Greene stated I was competent. I did serve Court Psychologist Ashley Cohen. Then how come US Government or California Government let four students Chetana Maiyer, Mallika Singh, Om and Ruth Feng to lie at El Estqoue, Monta Vista High: Woman with Poster Makes Accusation Against Student's Father, Oct 10, 2017 and Letter to Editors to accuse Samaung VP's Wife Charlene Lee trespassed Monta Vista High on Oct 11, 2017 and Issued death threat to Albert Yang now a senior student of UC Santa Barbara in July 2021. These two cases have been proof that DA Jeffrey Rosen and Sheriff Louie Smith, Judge Jerome Nadler, Judge Michele Macay Macoy, Judge Evette Pennypacker, Judge Javier Acala, Judge Stephen Manley, Judge Johnny Gogo ... can not provide any compact disk/evidence about my tresspassing Monta Vista High School or issuing death threat to Albert Yang. Since I knew Attorney Cary Linstrom conspried with Judge Michele Macay Macoy, Judge Pennypacker ,,etc So I was willing to pay extra 18,000 to hire Attorney Caryle Varlack. But his black attorney Caryle Varlack is very shameless. I am writing to Bar Association to request to let him lose his license in California. According to Robert Perez' Report, Caryle Varlack received Robert Perez's Report on May 6, 2020. But on June 18 to June 25, 2020, Caryle Varlack still told me he can not get Robert Perez Report. So I finally paid 15,000 to Attorney Wendy Lum on June 19, 2020. But Caryle Varlack called Wendy Lum. Caryle Varlack has obviously incompetent to be an Attorney. Caryle Varlack conspired with DA Jeffrey Rosen and Judge Javier Acala and Angela Marakaviskis to commit fraud on June 26, 2020 Court. Wendy Lum rejected to show up on June 26, 2020 for the excuse of my husband Chien Ping Lu's phone call to threat her and for the phone call of Caryle Varlack. But both attorneys have not excuse to either rejecting to show up court or rejecting to be honest to their clients who paid Attorney Fees to both Attorneys. On June 25, 2020, Caryle Varlack promised me to contact Judge Javier Acala. But Caryle Varlack told me he contacted Judge Eric Egfon. On Feb 7, 2020 Caryle Varlck did talk to Judge Javier Acala secretly and did not let me hear what my attorney Caryle Varlack said to Judge Javier Acala. Robert Perez Report stated the judge at Charlene Leelu case was Javier Acala but Attorney Caryle Varlack on purpose pretended he contacted to wrong Judge on June 25, 2020."
