"Pretty disappointed, been trying to get my wife to enroll since December, all they keep telling me is that military students are automatically on a waiting list as per policy that is so trash, here we are almost May and still can’t enroll her. Goodbye no GGU for us"
"This is the University I graduated from years ago. It’s a great Institution for information and learning. It has an excellent environment for individual growth and stimulation. It changed my life in a whole lot of ways. I recommend it to young professionals and students who want to apply for higher education. Being an alumnus of this University is an honor and a privilege."
"The school is specifically for people who are very focus in being a CPA or lawyer. I came from a huge big school that has its own highway inside the campus to a small boutique school that has almost nothing. But this is where it counts, right in the middle of the financial district. Going to class is like going to work, carrying a suitcase (at least at that time). No partying. Only studying. If you want to have a good time for being young, then go somewhere else. If you want to be a CPA and lawyer, this is the place."
"My time here was slightly disappointed. First, the school's credentials aren't as well recognized compared to the other schools in the area, so many students have a hard time getting a job compared to students from other schools. Second, the school says they offer help to get students job, but all they do is review your resume and have you go out and find your own opportunities. Third, the counselors I had for business, kept mixing me up with other students and when it came time to discuss a problem, she'd forget the issue. She also told me I didn't need a class and then said I did. After taking the class, I found out I really didn't have to and wasted an entire semester with this school. Fourth, the resources may seem like alot at first, but the truth is, what really matters are resources for certifications. They don't have many resources that'll help and do not offer certifications for most programs. Fifth, the teachers and systems aren't as reliable. I find that some professors don't like it when you have questions. Some make you go to class to listen to the lecture and then still make you do an entire online course (might as well do online only). Some have a power trip and would make excuses for being late on grading or make "adjustments" to their grading on the syllabus after class is finished, messing up your entire semester. Most teachers are never up to date on their online courses. They either don't fix the dates for due dates or they don't open the assignments or just not clear on their direction. Sixth, there are a lot of students that are international here that get discriminated against. It's very disheartening when they have to report that their teachers are saying rude remarks or making jokes about anyone of color. Bottom line is, I regret coming here. While there were some great teachers, there weren't enough to count past one hand. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Get your money's worth elsewhere."
"A little bit pricey but totally worth it. I took two courses here during my graduate study. I loved my Prof so does the 6-15 ppl small size class. It is not as overwhelming at as many other schools. I got plenty of attention from my Prof, teaching assistant, and guest speakers. 4.5 star!"
