"Bought a home, there I a list of complaints. Had to replace every appliance with in 1st year, ripped up flooring in kitchen from water leak, driveway needed replaced, when they replaced driveway cut ungrounded sprinkle system, meanwhile took years to get these things done. What a joke. Good luck"

"Positives "Appears" to be well constructed, time will tell. Negatives Not sure what the strongest warranty in the home building industry means when it's not in writing. It is a verbal warranty only. Trying to get any repairs done, under warranty, is extremely difficult at best. We have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket, on correcting problems that aren't covered by the warranty apparently. The Covenant was not supplied to us at or before closing. Before purchasing a home check with the city of Eau Claire Inspections Department and verify that all building permits have been approved. Legally the builder can sell a house, but you can't take occupancy if all permits have not been approved according to the Inspections Department"

"Watching homes get built by wurzer construction is like watching kindergartens at at a play date! Poor quality and Steve Wiggins is impossible to get him to fix anything under warranty. He feels he doesn't have to be accountable for anything! Buyer be careful!"

"Wurzer builds quality custom homes, but buyer beware regarding the 1 year home warranty. Steve Wiggins simply ignores repeated polite requests to address defects with the house I got. I had to get an attorney to send a demand letter to even get any sort of attention. I would not recommend buying anything from these guys and if I had a time machine I would never have bought a new home from them. I am in a neighborhood largely constructed by them and the bad taste left in my mouth due to lack of attention to warranty issues is in no way unique to me. I would steer clear. Edited (spring 2022) to add: 2 years after the house has been built I am now dealing with water coming into the basement. Luckily this only happens when it rains. In order to fix the problem it will be more than 10k of earthwork. It appears the landscaping around the house was done in a way to maximize water being directed into the basement… there doesn’t appear to be much other explanation for it. This was a very poorly built home in some respects and the hucksters that built it will never man up and take responsibility for any of it. Buyer beware."
