"I would not recommend this business to anyone. This is a shady business. They never return phone calls and I always pay my bill every month and they still canceled my auto insurance policy without notifying me at least 5 times. Allstate auto insurance has definitely gone down hill. The whole reason I chose allstate is because my father had allstate auto insurance for over 30 years and He was never treated this way. Your customer service sucks. I would work on your customer service or you will be out of business."

"Shawn has handled my house insurance for many years and him and his office has been quick to answer any questions and provide helpful information. Recently, I wanted to add my auto insurance quickly and he was immediately on the phone with me and went through the whole process and by the time I got off I had the insurance in place. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!"

"In January I called to explain that I now work from home full time and I do not drive my car much. I was told my rate would be reduce by over $200 per year. However in Feb, I was still charged the usual price of my insurance- no discount. I called again & thought it was resolved. Then in March I got another email to expect to pay full price on my next invoice. I was so irritated. I called again, and left a detailed voicemail explaining the situation and that it was now the third time I had to call about this issue. If it was not resolved, I would have to ********* my policy with AllState. That phone call was on 3/7. No one called or emailed me back and on 3/11, I was charged the full prize again. I will be moving to a new insurance provider for this reason."
