"Reached out to file bankruptcy in April 2023, was on a payment plan until November 2023. I sent all of the required documents and attended the required course. Have been waiting to get an account update and to start signing all my paperwork to proceed with filing. I call to get an update to only be told they will reach out to me because the accounting department is unavailable. Almost a year and still waiting to file for bankruptcy, definitely poor business practice going on at this place. Do not recommend, waste of time. Unfortunately not able to get deposit back."

Attorney was always available until you sign their contract and pay the initial fee, then you will never hear from him again…. even after many attempts to contact him. You will deal with his team, possibly Ms. Gonzalez who was not only rude but very short and has an attitude. She rushed the process and paid no attention to concerns which shows she does not care and just wanted to get through the process. She has no place in serving her community. It is unfortunate, but I feel the need to leave this review so that others going through financial hardships do not encounter the same experience."
