"I recently used this company to ship my car all the way across the country and initially I was pretty nervous due to the mixed reviews. But, I have to say, I did not have a single problem with this company. They charged me what they said they would, the customer service was responsive and my car arrived 3 days early. The driver who dropped off my vehicle was ridiculously friendly. No damage, no hassle, no complaints. 5/5"

"I was shipping my X3 from Seattle to Orange County for work. Ivan was super communicative from the beginning, however, when my car was to be picked up, the driver was dispatched about 5 miles away from my address I had entered. He wasn't wearing a mask or gloves (knocking off a star for that; there's no excuse for not having PPE) which wasn't reassuring and I ended up having to Uber back home. Not a big deal, but with the price I paid, I would have expected some accountability on his end, even after I told him he was at the wrong address and I apologized for driving around for 25 minutes trying to find his location. If you are flexible with dates, this company is great. My car was in CA a day after loading, but unfortunately, I was not. The delivery driver, Victor, was incredibly accommodating, however. The follow-up seemed off as dispatch called me the morning after delivery to schedule a time to deliver my car... I've never shipped a vehicle before, but will most likely use this service again."

"The worst company Riley has horrible customer. I would never recommend this company. They wait until the day before picking up my car to go up on the rate . Then Riley charged my card twice !"

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We scheduled to have our vehicle picked up 6 weeks in advance. The sales rep was great and communicative ...until it was time to have our vehicle picked up. I heard nothing regarding a time window but was instead given a three day window! At the end of my three days, we had to continually call them as they made NO effort to update us on when the driver was arriving. The last day of the window, we received a text that simply stated our driver would arrive "LATER IN THE DAY"...Whatever that means. The driver NEVER showed! We waited on pins and needles for three days with practically no communication. Day 4, we called a dozen times as they had taken our $1400 and our vehicle was NEVER picked up! Not to mention we had to call them MULTIPLE times before getting any response. That sales rep (Jordan B.)literally STOPPED answering or returning our calls to help us figure out what was going on. We finally demanded a refund as it was clear after FOUR days of waiting, no one was picking up our car. This ended up costing us an additional $1,000 in rentals and securing other options to transfer our car! This is a HORRIBLE business. Please do yourself a favor and don't go with this company."

"Aug 8, 2020 Poor Customer service, Delayed pick up of vehicle, 10 business days late on delivery of car Damaged wheel rim No signing of BOL (Bill of lading)!!!!!!!!!!! Used USA Auto transport to deliver an Audi from Texas to the east coast. *Pick up window was not honored (delayed and not within pickup window) *Transportation of car was not communicated with an approximate Estimated date of arrival. *Poor customer service *Delivery of car was 10 business days late. *** Wheel rim damage Car was finally delivered, and no Bill of Lading provided. Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim. I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery. One thing they did on time was charge my credit card"
