"I have had a life insurance policy a year or so ago and I have received checks for totals of over 100 and about 10 bucks on two different checks. I tried to call in and get more information on these checks and the African American woman who answered the phone was so disgustingly rude and unprofessional with no reason at all. I was being calm and kind just trying to get answers and after I explained to her I was just wondering why I would be giving checks at all since I only make payments for my policy and then she HUNG UP on me!!! I’m so outstandingly offended by this and that woman should not be working the job she does. I drove 15 minutes away to try and come to the office myself and expose her for her poor work performance and they are closed! I wish I got her name but lady you are a real piece of work. I hope your company takes care of you and your attitude."
