"Our luggage was placed on a driver’s trunk after lying about it being delivered. This character yelled at me (a woman alone) and determined that “what I say goes and I will send your luggage where I want”. They do not answer the phone, the place smells like absolute trash, the drivers are extreme disrespectful and will call you at any time during the night."
"Very unprofessional. After a day without receiving my delayed bag, they scheduled the delivery at any time between 1.30am-4.30am on a Monday morning. I called the driver to request another time, and he was just really rude with a "take it or leave it/I don't care" answer. I finally called the company to request a delivery the next day, but the driver still dropped my bag that night in the back of my house. I am regretting flying again with KLM just because of this."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told by KLM to contact them directly for the delivery of our baggage. The person who answered the phone was RUDE. We wanted to confirm that the number they have on file is correct since KLM baggage customer service had an extra number at the end. The guy who answered the phone had attitude and yelled “WE HAHE YOUR NUMBER” without telling us what the number on file is that they have and proceeded to hang up on us. They also could not guarantee when the delivery will be and kept saying “when the driver gets here” and that “it could be delivered after midnight”. After the experience on the phone we knew these guys do not care about anything. We ended up picking up our luggages from their office/warehouse since we do not trust them handling our luggages and doubt they are coming same day or even the next day."
"My luggage arrived thursday 1pm, one day later after being lost. By Friday 5pm NOBODY contacted me about the delivery. In the same breath airline company were super unresponsive by not providing any details of progress for delivery as well as denied sharing the contact number of deliver company so I could call them and arrange the delivery by myself. After 30min long call to KLM on Friday afternoon I somehow managed to get the name of this HEROIC delivery company and ended up paying fortune for the cab ride to get to the company by myself, located in dodgy industrial area of LA. Upon arriving, my luggage was sitting and collecting dust while employees were playing games on the phone.. luckily the lady working there were super nice and responsive cannot say the same about the company and it's missing service in general. To the airline companys - shame on you guys by being ignorant and retaining this company on your payroll DESPITE HAVING NEVER ENDING COMPLAINS about the MBI and it's lack of service. At least I could/can change my underwear after chasing my ARRIVED luggage for more than two days"
"Horrible service of the guy who came to deliver. Already late by few hours, arrived at 1 am to my area, supposed to be door to door service and yet middle of the night dropped the bag on the Main Street about 200 meters away from my home. Even though the directions could easily get to my house, he claims his gps shows on the street and dropped right there. No common sense to think about what the customer going to go through dragging that bag that middle of the night for 200 meters. Ridiculous service. As someone said here, this one particular guy is so rude and giving bad name to the company and their overall service reputation. If he does not like to deliver better quit n find another job. I am cursing this company and the airlines for this experience even though this was reflection of just one bad attitude of the delivery guy. I hope they get right staff to keep their reputation well."
