I am very impressed with their fast response when issues arise. this could be related to maintenance issues or issues involving other renters. Jody has promptly responded to my personal concerns in a professional and compassionate manner. Jody is prompt about resolving any issues that arise between renters and tries to resolve them as best she can. Not always an easy job! Units are well maintained. Mark is NCAP's maintenance guy. He is also prompt , courteous and professional. He is always respectful and friendly when having to do maintenance work on the units. He has excellent communication skills and always sets up a time for work to be done that works for both the renter and himself. If running late or can come early always calls to make sure ok with renters. I also , besides loving the unit, like the location and the neighborhood. I feel very safe walking in this residential area."

I RARELY have an issue but when I do, I get a response from Mark (maintenance) and/or Jody the same day. I often have visitors to my home and never have to worry about my sidewalk or driveway not being cleared of snow....which is no small feat with the winters we have had! I have complete confidence that my neighborhood is safe as I know they have done their due diligence with vetting renters in the other properties they own.
