"Came to Fremont store at 7:45 and wasn't able to come in. I called and they said the store was closing. I said it would only be one isle I needed to go threw. Then was told the registers are down and I would only be able to shop online. I still saw 2 families shopping with things in cart. While I was typing my post, a man came out with balloons came out with balloons and not the family I saw."

"I just picked up a helium balloon the lady who blew the balloon was pretty rude and I was not given a balloon weight which when asked for one they denied. Every store gives a balloon weight for free since that’s the California state law n they denied saying it’s not required per law and I would need to buy one. Very very bad customer service. They just are very very rude, specially the lady who blew the balloon she was the worst!!! Never going to come back here again!"
