"This business is terrible I ordered a barber chair from a place on Amazon who use this place for shipping they are not professional they will not be in contact with you. They told me on a few different occasions that my order would be delivered between eight and 12 I called numerous times only to be lied to every time I called they had a different story definitely the worst experience I’ve ever gone through the manager even try to harass me to try and get me to still take the product I eventually told them to keep the product and send it back to the sender. They are so unprofessional they told me a few different times to no avail I still never received my product all to be towed in the end that they mistake my product for other products And that my product never made it onto the truck. I am very dissatisfied with this company they should not even be in business doing this type of business it’s no wonder that they have so many bad reviews. Very terribly ran company"

"Bad customer service! It was my first time using their services. I had a shipment about 124 boxes came from Miami to Los Angeles on April 17th, on 18th, Micheal from EDI called me to ask $25 for labeling the boxes. I said fine, I will pay for it. I faxed my credit card info right away. But on April 23, when I got the shipment, none of the boxes have label on it. Today, on April 25, Michael called me again ask me to pay for that $25 for labeling the boxes. So I asked her why would I pay for some services that you never provided. Neither Michael nor her merger are willing to call the terminal or driver to confirm if shipment were labeled. They just told me they wouldn't lie about the labels. I took pictures of all the shipment to prove there were no lebels at all, so why would I pay for some services that EDI never provided?"
