"Horrible company. Had an experience where they did not say they denied me due to my ESA animals, but it's clear that is the case, because they went behind my back and offered the property to my other roommates and said I wouldn't be allowed on the premises. I will be taking it to HUD and they can deal with the consequences. I would not recommend renting with them due to their very shady/rude behaviors all around, especially Emily."

"I had a recent lockout/issue with the deadbolt at my apartment. It was late in the evening on a weekday. I figured it was a long shot to hear from anyone. I received a prompt response from Emily. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone. The next morning a locksmith/repair man stopped by right away. He was quick and professional. I’m not someone that typically likes to call for issues, and I am very glad that I did. It was handled much quicker than I had expected and I am very happy with the service I received."

Any time maintenance was needed, they solved any issues we had in a timely manner and always respectful to our schedules. Emily especially was always very kind, polite and had a great aense of humor. "The Company & Property Owners are actually super easy to work with they will handle any issue easily. Plus the building is super quiet and 85% of people who live here are super nice and polite. The building that they work with is Super Clean and well taken care of the Gentlemen who do all the up keeping do very well. Plus the owner of the Building takes very well care of issues super fast. If something is wrong he will usually have it taken care of within a week or less. The property management contract office is also super upfront and direct no Beating around the Bush. They work with all types of people and were super fast about getting back to me about the Application I put in for Renting. Plus the Ladies at the Office are super polite and kind hearted. The only downfall is that they don't see the properties they work with they usually just are in the Office. But over all they are great at getting complaints to the Owner so they can get it Fixed A.S.A.P. Thank You Austin Property, Joseph B."
