My sister wrote they discussed an amendment to the trust to reduce my share. Our mom the Settlor was not present at the meeting because she was on hospice with a brain tumor. My sister drugged our mom and she was yelling in protest so loud the witness left. My sister tried a second time after the drug had calmed her, and got her to sign.
