"Driver today was nice even though he couldn't pick up my order today due to it being oversized (that error is with the company who is ordering the pickup of my returned order; I told said company several times that I thought these 2 pallets were too large). I appreciated our driver's upbeat attitude and how he was very understanding; I didn't catch his name but he was an A+ sport. I can't blame XPO too much for it since the company I'm dealing with is a total mess and made things way more convoluted, but I had a horrible experience with an XPO customer service representative on Feb 16th who was absolutely rude and snappy because I could not provide the BOL number when I was trying to get information about the pickup today. I didn't have the BOL because the company ordering the pickup neglected to give me any documents until the last hour, despite numerous requests. The XPO logistics lady was dismissive and unhelpful and kept making snarky comments. A simple, "Sorry, I can't help without the BOL number," would have sufficed. Interestingly when the order was going the other way around and being delivered to me, a man from XPO customer service was able to give information without the BOL and just use my address. I think the lady on Feb 16th just didn't want to work. F- for XPO customer service lady and thus one less star."

"Horrible company. Inexperienced driver destroyed a quarter of my driveway. Happened a month ago and I still have not heard back on fixing it. Every time I call or email I simply get “our insurance will call you.” Won’t give me a claim number or contact info after repeatedly asking for it. Absolutely terrible customer service, like talking to a brick wall. It’s to the point where I’m getting a lawyer involved. I also ordered animal caging a couple years ago only to watch the XPO driver smash it to bits trying to offload it. Definitely check who’s delivering your order when you place it!!"

"If I could give these guys no stars I would. They called me at 9AM to tell me I would have a delivery at 11AM. I informed them I was busy with plans so I would do my best to accommodate them even though they give me a 2 hour window. So I was able to make it home by 11am. The guy never shows up. I call them at 12pm. I am told were the next stop and the driver will be there at 1240pm. Now an hour and forty minutes late. 330pm rolls around. No ones come. I call yet again. I am told "Well i he said he came to the house and no one was home and no one answered the the phone." Thats funny because I was working in the yard all day. Never did any one show up and never did anyone call. Now I am being told they will not deliver today. They can reschedule. I just wasted my whole day waiting for them. Just to not come and to lie about it. Stay away form this piss poor company."

"Dealing with XPO Logistics (Bedrosians' LA area delivery company) was a nightmare. They failed to show up within their window and didn't bother to call to advise that they were running late. Then they called 3 hours later at 5:30pm on a Friday to ask why no one was home and berate me for wasting their time! We agreed to a new day/window and for their driver to call before heading over so I can have someone there (we're living off site during the remodel). They didn't show up on that Monday. By chance, I went to the house on Tuesday to take a look at some things, and guess who shows up...XPO with the delivery. One of the boxes of Allora tiles had several broken tiles. XPO said that it wasn't their fault and left. So I called Bedrosians to complain about XPO and get replacement tiles. That's when Bedrosians told me that they've received lots of complaints about XPO especially the Pacoima center. So why do they still use them!?"

"The worst customer service ever! Spoke with Sonia -the floor supervisor. She was very rude and not helpful at all. Called all day and waited all day just to be told they were not coming and they were now closed. They lied and said it was on the way and will be delivered. No one called to tell us the issues nor could they locate the driver. This company is the worst. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. As for Sonia she needs to be fired! If I could give no stars I would!"
