"Spoke with Hanna Rivera, was sent to pick up a load and advised once on-site they needed dock high truck and the load was bigger than what Hanna advised. Hanna also advised she would send a new rate con with a TONU and she has yet to respond to an email or pay TONU, not a woman of her word."
