"It has taken me sometime to write this because we were so upset about our services. We have moved many times and never have they grossly underestimated the services this much (I now think it’s a ploy to get the business). I told them exactly what we had and the stairs that were involved on one side… we were told it would probably take 3-4 hours on each side. One side took almost 10 hours and it was only finished bc my husband helped the last few hours (something we were trying to avoid bc we had a newborn baby). It took 7 hours on the other side. The most devastating part is they lost our most valued item (monetarily and sentimental value). We called Mario many times regarding the lost item and he absolutely never called us back. I know things can get lost or damaged in moves but there was absolutely no follow up, it’s not professional at all. I would never use this company again, they seemed overly friendly and accommodating in the beginning and that is why we chose them, it proved to be very wrong."
