"Everything went smoothly and quickly regarding my shipment being processed and brought to their loading dock with their forklift. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was important for me being this was my first time freight shipment."
"I chose to use Fedex freight priority (2 day service) to ship 3 industrial printers valued over $75,000 from Dallas, TX to our facility in Santa Clarita, California. By the 3rd day, Fedex told me that they hadn't made it through Arizona. They showed up on the 5th day, one printer stacked on top of another, totally destroyed all 3. (They weigh approx 300 lbs each). Fedex denied paying the damage claim because they weren't wrapped with cardboard. They ignored the fact that an employee used a forklift to stack them on top of each other. Beware."
"I had a amazing experience everything I needed they provided with smiles on thier faces. Dollies, wrapping even cardboard rolls. When I returned thier equipment they told me thank you. Workers passing by would be very careful near my work space and didn't mind stopping if I hailed them for a request. Honestly I wish I could rate them higher"
