"This Saturday, the driver for the morning Route 20, did not turn on his GPS, so as a public I couldn't locate if there was a bus working. When I told him about, he said to just grab a schedule. I queried him and he did not answer my question. Then, when we got to the Civic Center bus stop, he kicked us out of the bus, and just said, "Someone is coming to pick you guys up." He should have told us that after him, there was going to be only one bus driving Route 20. Very careless about his communication. PS: he also stopped the bus in a jerky way throughout the trip. The other drivers are more caring and friendly. He needs to be corrected. It will be better if management changes the schedule and all routes have only one driver for each shift, on Saturdays. So we the public have prediction. I wasted 2 hours due to this incident."

"I was treated with the utmost disrespect that no one, handicapped or not, should ever be subjected to. I called in to request a reservation on Friday for a last minute Dr appt on Monday and spoke to a woman name Catherine/Cathy and I was subjected to the worst chastising I have ever received. Catherine/Cathy refused to book my request and then repeatedly refused me her supervisor on the first call and then hung up on me on the second call. She repeatedly spoke over me and when I tried to explain my medical condition would no longer allow me to be subjected to this kind of behavoir on she just kept repeating the chastising over the no show policy for their service. Just because I am handicapped does not mean you can bully me Cathy! You do not have the right to adversely affect my medical condition/my health and you should not be holding ANY kind of a customer service or telephone position for employment!!"
