"Worst customer service I've ever had. Lisa is un professional and rude, must of been trained by Barbara the owner. I've done business with digital stitch threw out the years and I will never go back. Your business is not valued by the owner or her employee's. DO NOT GO HERE you will be disrespected and talk to like your a child. You will be over charged and get mediocre prints on your tees. Worst spot in Fairfield!!!"

"I just had the worst experience of my life with Digital Stitchz. No body greets you, and Barbara is always rude. I showed her my daughters backpack that I had bought in August from them that needs to be resewed, she said "we can't do anything to it" I said why not? I never had a backpack that lasts for 6 months only, that means it's not good quality but still really expensive. can you resew it please, then another woman that I never saw before (African American) I don't know her name jumped at me with her finger pointing at me saying she just told you no we can't fix it, bye and have a good day. Very disrespectfully and not professional. When I refused to leave and asked her to do something about the ripped backpack from the inside she acted like she wanted to come fight me. they said on their site "special emphasis on customer service to ensure your satisfaction for a great service." that is not true at all. PSA NEEDS TO CONTRACT ANOTHER EMBROIDERY SHOP, I payed a lot of money for my children to have uniforms from them, it's not right to have low quality for an expensive price. If there is less than 1 star that's what I will choose for them."

"Worst customer service ever! Mrs Barbara is so rude doesn’t smile or welcomes you. First day I went to take my son to try on PSA uniforms when he started 5th grade, she didn’t give me a run down on how to order or Show me around to look for PSA uniforms . I had to keep asking questions and everytime I would ask her she seemed irritated. If only PSA can look for alternatives. My son has been going to PSA for three years now, but having to deal with this worst customer Service ever makes it hard to even go into digital stitch. Very disappointing unfortunately. Treat your customers with respect and be friendly."
