"I rented from Ray a couple of times when I was going to school at UWRF and worked for him as well. Being a landlord in a college town is difficult with kids trying to figure out how to live on their own and be responsible. I think he understood that and worked through issues the best he could. I thought he was always fair and tried to provide reasonably priced housing to a challenging market."
"Worst rental experience ever. Cops had to be called many times for landlord entering without notice. This can be looked up. Landlord will eat your deposit as well without proper explanations. Refused to give utility bill to tenents besides a handwritten note that says what u owe for utilities. No respect given to his tenants. It was a VERY scary experience. Beware."
