Skip the headache and find another place to rent. They also have other management from other properties they own, leaving positive reviews on here to get their ratings up. Such a scam."

"Family friendly place in a nice neighborhood. The management under Dhalia Juarez is very accomodating and prompt to address any issues. My stay was brief but positive. Good place to live in the suburbs."

"I would of picked zero stars if this was available. Starting with the benefit of this place: it is a nice location, and the on site caretaker is great and does the best she can with the limited resources the management company provides for her. Everything else is HORRIBLE! The Management staff changed hands 4 times within the year I lived there. The current management is Dalia Juarez and she lacks people and communication skills, and sadly any sense of human compassion. Actually the Halverson... management company lacks any human compassion for their residents. And, the hallways are musty, the wallpaper is peeling off, walls and doors are covered in scuff and old dirt marks. In the summer the hallways smell of cat urine. The outside is full of litter with garbage bins overflowing and numerous large trash items (TV, Furniture, Tires...) litter the parking area. Security is lacking, at time the doors are propped open and police are called for domestic disturbances. Door locks and keys can be challenging to use. The garages are wet, musty with walls warped from moisture. In the winter my patio door and window were frozen shut with thick ice... I told management and their response was "that is the way it is". I moved out mid April related to health concerns and have yet to receive my rent deposit (today is July 6th). I was lied to by Lynn Peterson in the management group about how quickly they would turn around and rent my place. So, the management company is poorly organized, lacks management staff with adequate communication skills, charges high rent for borderline slum like living conditions. Look elsewhere!!!"

"This place is not a place to live . You can hear everything everyone does above you . Very loud . The manager here doesnt care for the people or the building up keep. The apartments have 1000 of layers of paint on them same with kitchen cabinets. The outside of the buildings and garages are nasty. No lights no security cameras. Not a good place"
