"Unfortunately I didn't have that great of an experience. It was never pointed out that due to how early I was booking my Ireland travel there was the risk of the tour being cancelled, which is what ended up happening 2 months before tour started after looking forward to it for many months. I'd have liked to know this so we could look at alternative dates or just waited to book at a later date. While another rep at Bonvoyage (mine initial one was on vacation) found us an alternative trip to the UK the hotels on this UK trip were not at all up to my standards. They also could not get my detailed day by day departure, arrival and free times at each destination so we could find our own things to do and book those we were interested in yet when I voiced my reasons for wanting to know this detail for a particular destination then they could get the information from the tour company for me. Then during the trip I forgot some of the travel docs at home and all my attempts to reach out over the Pocket Travel app (which I was instructed to do before the trip for anything) were not responded to. Luckily forgetting what I did at home didn't cause any issues but it would've been nice to know that when I reached out vs worrying about it the entire flight over to London."

"Kari and her team were wonderful in helping my husband and I plan an extensive trip to Greece and Italy, including a cruise in the middle. The hotels were fabulous, the private transfers spoiled us, and we have priceless memories from all of our experiences. Kari’s help with a tour company in Sorrento was greatly appreciated when our ship re-routed to Naples. With her help, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary and picked us up in the different port so we didn’t miss this beautiful place! We look forward to working with Kari and Bon Voyage again!"

"Stopped in their office just to see if they could get us last minute vacation to anyplace with good weather. Within the hour the team found us a 5 golden apple resort in Punta Cana, Ibeostar Grand Barvaro, got us booked on a nonstop flight with both my wife and myself leaving from different locations. The private shuttles, hotel, staff, room and food were perfect. Not one issue during our stay. Great weather and always a nice ocean breeze. Could not ask for a better place. White sand beaches with no seaweed on the beach as what happens in Mexico. Give Bon Voyage a task that seems not possible and they watch them pull it off and make you happy. Marianne & Scott Trott"
