"This facility employs rude people. We've had an issue with one of the workers ( Jeannette Simms) who is constantly harassing my 5 year old who's autist because he likes to play by the sidewalk. She takes pictures of him without consent and laughs when we explain that he is autistic and seeking sensory input. When we told her she ought to be ashamed of herself for treating children that way given that she works with them, she drove off laughing. When I addressed the situation with Rose from the main office, she began to talk over me and then hung up on me when I asked if I could finish talking. I have heard of horrible things from this facility from actual parents who've had their children there and unfortunately my child has had to experience it as well. Working with children requires kindness, empathy, and patience and these individuals have none of it. It does not matter if I am not a parent who is a part of that School, you do not treat other people's children that way, let alone a child with special needs, and you do not hang up on a parent who is expressing their concerns."
"I am a parent of 2 students that attended till this day my kids tell me things that happened on the play ground on their way or in the class room in the rest room area . Amy is a horrible child care worker . She is lazy evil and I don't understand why there are many old people that can not handle children work here they have laid hands on my kids specifically my son . Nothing was done when something happened under the rug and move them across the street so mom can't see her .. well I witnessed my son being grabbed and shived by amy . My kids have cried of fear from being grabbd by the shirt ,arm etc . Nothing was done, no one helped not the supervisor not taking it up with the ceo ! Disgusting place to leave a child under their care I am horrified and have much anxiety ti let my children attend for a long time since my son was a couple months I told them out last yr Aug. Bevause of this incident vile ! Not firing that teacher I am in crying because I don't understand how can you ladies dare to treat any kid specially mine like this . 0 stars"
"My son was treated horrible by teacher Amy she is the heavy old lady with redish brown hair and glasses till this day my son tells me how she would grab him and had tripped him making his face have a huge scar on his nose he was hurt multile times by this exact teacher and others. To this day after the meeting with the ceo of renu she moved her across the street with the preschool class . I'm disgusting and disappointed with the system of government money they recieve and hire women that abuse children and when confronted act like nothing happened when I saw Amy grab My son from his arm shoving him ln the bench to sit I went in crying talking to the supervisor.. nothing was don't I sit here writing this at 1 am because I can only imagine what else happened and my daughter was dealing with things here too ! Hate this place ! 0 stars if I could rate it gives me anxiety"
"Over the course of my eight years working in childcare this was by far the worst and most disappointing organization I’ve ever been employed with. The leadership is non existent. The higher ups treat teachers like we’re aliens. They make it very clear that teachers are trash beneath their feet and have 0 respect for them. I worked there maybe 5 months and it was hell. Aside from my site supervisor at 802 who was really nice and a great leader, and teachers who I worked with, everything else about this place sucked. They have the largest turn over rate of teachers I’ve ever seen and their center is in filthy conditions for the most part. Do yourself a favor and don’t apply!! I also was concerned with feeling a sense of discrimination. I believe they ideally hire only people of Hispanic ethnicity to teach. I was asked my ethnicity in my interview and if I spoke Spanish. About 95% of teachers speak Spanish as 1st language. The pay doesn’t meet the amount of work expected of us. I felt slave driven and was paid minimum wage, despite working in leadership roles for the previous 8 years."
