"So my newborn baby was going to this daycare and it was the week of June 4-5 and my newborn baby was bit by a 1 year old child! I asked to see footage and still today I HAVE NOT SEEN FOOTAGE! I don’t like that! Staff Passion is the sweetest! I’ll Miss her and mesha! I wouldn’t recommend this daycare"
"I have had a great experience at this daycare from day 1! The manager Athena, has always been so kind, friendly and professional. Her and the rest of the staff, including the transportation, have been consistently good with communication and schedule. Every time I drop off my son, the staff is SO happy to see him, it really makes a difference for him, and me , in our day! My first day , I had an issue on my end with who would be picking up my son. They took care of it last minute, with no problem, dropping off my son and arranging with the person at home to get him. I very much appreciated not having to worry about my child while at daycare. Keep up the great work!"
"My kids have been going here for the past 2 1/2years. Always felt welcomed and like my kids had a safe place where they could go when I’m at work. Ms Passion always goes above and beyond for my babies! And for that I’m forever grateful for her! Ms Athena always helps when I have a problems and takes care of what ever I need. And ms TeTe (the van driver) provides a safe & fun transportation for my babies! Love y’all at HTL ❤️"

"My daughter has been a child of Heaven's Tot Lot consistently since our relocating to Milwaukee in 2017 from SC and I could not have asked for a better facility! The staff are caring, kind and loving not to mention very professional! The facility is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and SAFE! Ms. Athena and Ms. Passion especially along with Ms. TT and Mr. Marvin, the daycare van drivers, have all gone above and beyond in making our experience and transition so easy and comfortable!"
