"I didn’t like anything at all. The store rep made us pay for a whole day even when we used it for a couple hours and said we had to return the truck to the same store instead of the closest one for me (which doesn’t make sense at all in this type of services). I called customer service and they adviced the rep was wrong but it was too late to fix anything because the contract was already signed. We still paid more than we should and no help was provided."

"I drove the 15 ft truck 8 miles according to the speedometer but somehow used 4 gallons of gas. I only used the truck to move equipment and did not use the cigarette lighter as a power source. It seems like the truck had a gas leak and I was charge $50 extra dollars because of it."

"Demeter is the vision for me to come and pick up a trailer but that trailer was defective but it was not holding brakes on the people there working in here. They don’t know how to install the trailer behind the track when I see the safety video on that that was totally opposite of what they did so when I asked for that other trailer even though they had it and they were not able to give it to me because they without asking me already cancel the transaction I’m in the contract, and now I have to wait for another 3 to 4 business days to get another contract and refund"

"-Over an hour to pick up a reserved truck. -Truck was filthy with garbage and spilled beverage inside at pick up. -broken cup holders and bad smell -AC broken for a 7 hour drive on a hot day. -Pickup counter attendant was unpleasant, did not even say hello, and poor attitude. :("

"I returned the trailer I rented at the u-haul Mountain View. I waited more than 10 minutes, and no staff showed up. I found a staff outside filling propane tanks, he did not have time to help me, and gently asked me to unhook the trailer myself. I do not recommend this store."
